Mama Shelter London - Shoreditch

The breakfast staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was ideal - right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area without having to venture too far.

The shower in our room was quite weak, and being in the accessible room with a wet room instead of a regular shower caused a bit of inconvenience. the check-out process was a bit confusing, as we were charged an unexpected deposit on our card and are unsure if we will be refunded.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was close to the shops in Shoreditch and also conveniently located near markets. The proximity to Bethnal Green tube station, on the Central line, made it easy to explore the city.

We had an amazing stay at Mama Shelter. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was well-designed and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real blessing. The service was excellent, with prompt and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the delicious cocktails in the bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hackney.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk to Bethnal Green tube station on the Central line, making it easy to access central London. It is also well connected to train and bus stations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice mattresses and in-room amenities like a kettle and a selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are powerful with organic soaps and products. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Some guests experienced noise issues from neighboring rooms, which affected their sleep quality.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is really convenient with lots of restaurants and transport links nearby. We were able to easily get to Victoria Park where we spent the day. The weekend market close by was a nice touch too. The service was great with room service, housekeeping, and shops available. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a refrigerator, sink, and free toiletries. We were very impressed with the terrace and garden furniture, it was a great place to relax.

We had a positive experience and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay. The only downside was the breakfast service where we had to wait a while and the waitress wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff.

Convenient location for central London, with bus stops right outside. Helpful staff who resolved issues efficiently. Comfortable beds and cool decor. Laundry facilities available. Good for families and suitable for school groups.
